These packages are designed to support both parent and child. We work together to find the struggles children and parents have with bedtime and sleep. We will collaborate to find techniques that work to create a bedtime routine as well as methods , products and activities during the day that can help support the child's nervous system.

Ages 12-17
These packages are designed to by a hybrid between the parent and child. We work together to find the struggles children and parents have with bedtime and sleep. We will collaborate to find techniques that work to create a bedtime routine as well as methods , products and activities during the day that can help support the child's nervous system. There will be times parents have their own work to do and other times the teenager can do the process on their own.
